Identification of the operator

This website is operated by Astana Digital s.r.o., a limited liability company established under Czech law. The company is not an agent, a franchisee or a trading name of another business, and it operates no other brands from this domain.

Scope of business, quoted in full

Czech companies record their scope of business as an entry in the trade register. Ours is a single entry under the unregulated trade, and this is the whole of it:

The statistical register additionally records our prevailing activity as CZ-NACE 620, Computer programming, consultancy and related activities. A NACE code is a statistical classification and not a restriction, but here it coincides with the services this website offers.

VAT status

VAT registration active; validated in the EU VIES system on 9 September 2026 with a matching name and registered address. The number can be checked at any time through the European Commission’s VIES service; we do not ask you to take our word for it.

What this company does not do

Services are supplied to businesses and public-sector bodies under a written contract. No consumer remote technical support, no account or password recovery for individuals, no third-party software licence resale, and no hardware repair.

• We hold no vendor partner status and claim none. Where a cloud or software vendor is involved, your contract with that vendor is your own.

Claims this site makes about itself

There are deliberately few, and each is verifiable. We publish no client names, no logos, no testimonials, no case-study metrics, no ratings and no prices. Certifications held: none. Vendor partnerships claimed: none. The response target of two working days is a target, not a contractual service level.

Where this website is hosted

The site runs on a virtual server operated for us by Namecheap, Inc. (AS22612), physically located in Los Angeles, California, United States. That is outside the European Economic Area, so any personal data you submit through this website is transferred to a third country. The transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. We do not rely on, and do not claim, certification of our hosting provider under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We state the location because we measured it rather than assumed it. TCP handshake latency measured from the server itself to regional cloud endpoints: 21 ms to Northern California, 54 ms to Ashburn, 136 ms to London, 144 ms to Frankfurt, 190 ms to Singapore. A round trip to Frankfurt of 144 ms is not physically possible from inside the EEA. Corroborated by the ARIN RDAP record for the address (NAMEC-4, Namecheap) and by IP geolocation naming Los Angeles. Measured on 2026-09-09.

Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Contracts are governed by Czech law. Services are supplied to businesses only, so the consumer ADR route before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority does not apply. Business disputes are heard by the Czech courts with jurisdiction over the company's seat.

Data protection

Astana Digital s.r.o. is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. The supervisory authority is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, telephone +420 234 665 111.

Written enquiries reach us at admin@astanadigital.net; the telephone number is +420 225 132 725, answered Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 Europe/Prague. The registered seat is an office address and not premises open to visitors without an appointment.
