What we do

We write software for organisations and advise them on the systems they already run. In practice that means four kinds of work: custom programming against a written specification, independent technical and architecture consultancy, the cloud and DevOps layer that decides whether a system stays up, and transformation engineering that turns a manual process into a measured one.

Our customers are companies, public-sector bodies and other organisations, and every engagement runs under a written contract. We do not work for individual consumers. We do not provide remote technical support for personal devices, recover accounts or passwords for individuals, resell third-party software licences, or repair hardware. If you have reached this page looking for help with a home computer, we are not the right company and we would rather say so than take the enquiry.

The register description, in full

The scope of business recorded for us in the Czech trade register is a single entry under the unregulated trade, field of activity No. 56. In Czech it reads:

Výroba, obchod a služby neuvedené v přílohách 1 až 3 živnostenského zákona, a to v oboru činnosti: Poskytování software, poradenství v oblasti informačních technologií, zpracování dat, hostingové a související činnosti a webové portály

In English: Production, trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act, in the field of activity: provision of software, information technology consultancy, data processing, hosting and related activities, and web portals. That entry is the whole of our registered scope — we have quoted all of it rather than the convenient half.

Separately, the statistical register classifies our prevailing activity as CZ-NACE 620 — Computer programming, consultancy and related activities. A NACE code is a statistical classification rather than a limit on what a company may do, but in our case it matches the business this website describes, which is the point of mentioning it.

Who is behind the company

The company has one managing director, Filip Haering, appointed on incorporation. The managing director represents the company independently. Single shareholder holding a 100% interest, fully paid up. Both facts are recorded in the public register and are reproduced here so that you know who you are contracting with before you ask.

Share capital is CZK 1. Paid in full. Czech company law has set no minimum share capital above CZK 1 for an s.r.o. since 2014 (Section 142 of Act 90/2012 Coll.). We mention it because it is public and because a reader comparing this site to the register should find no surprises; it says nothing about the size of engagement we take on, which is set by the contract and the team assembled for it.

What we deliberately do not publish

No client names, no logos, no case-study metrics, no testimonials and no ratings. Naming a client requires their written permission, and a performance figure nobody can audit is not evidence of anything. If you need references before you commit, ask us during a scoping conversation and we will seek permission from a client whose work resembles yours.

We also publish no prices. The estimator returns engineering effort, architecture shape and delivery phases. It returns no price. A published figure would be a definite proposal capable of acceptance under Section 1732(2) of the Czech Civil Code; every commercial figure is issued in a written quotation instead.
