- Our reports cover engineering and architecture. Where a question is legal, tax or audit in nature we say so and recommend that you take it to a qualified professional in that field.
- We do not certify systems or management systems. Certification requires an accredited body; we prepare the technical evidence such a body will ask for.
- Services are supplied to companies, public-sector bodies and other organisations under a written contract. We do not provide services to individual consumers.
- We do not provide remote technical support for personal devices, and we do not recover accounts, passwords or data for individuals.
- We do not resell third-party software licences, and we do not repair or supply hardware.
- We do not initiate unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your computer. Any such call or message is not from us.
- We give engineering and architecture advice. We do not give legal, tax, audit or investment advice, and we do not issue certifications.
