Before you write

We answer enquiries from organisations. We do not provide consumer technical support, account or password recovery for individuals, licence resale or hardware repair.
We never telephone or message anyone claiming to have detected a problem on their computer. If you receive such contact in our name, it is not from us.
We publish no prices. Any figure we give you arrives in a written, signed quotation with its assumptions stated.
Response target: two working days during correspondence hours. It is a target, not a contractual service level.
