  • We are not an authorised partner or reseller of any cloud or software vendor, and we make no claim to represent one.
  • Services are supplied to companies, public-sector bodies and other organisations under a written contract. We do not provide services to individual consumers.
  • We do not provide remote technical support for personal devices, and we do not recover accounts, passwords or data for individuals.
  • We do not resell third-party software licences, and we do not repair or supply hardware.
  • We do not initiate unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your computer. Any such call or message is not from us.
  • We give engineering and architecture advice. We do not give legal, tax, audit or investment advice, and we do not issue certifications.
