- We publish no client names, logos or case metrics. Reference conversations are arranged only with the written permission of the client concerned.
- Any figure we produce for a transformation programme is an engineering estimate. Commercial terms are issued in a written quotation.
- Services are supplied to companies, public-sector bodies and other organisations under a written contract. We do not provide services to individual consumers.
- We do not provide remote technical support for personal devices, and we do not recover accounts, passwords or data for individuals.
- We do not resell third-party software licences, and we do not repair or supply hardware.
- We do not initiate unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your computer. Any such call or message is not from us.
- We give engineering and architecture advice. We do not give legal, tax, audit or investment advice, and we do not issue certifications.
